yup, and it sure makes a difference when one considers that an education that came relatively cheap --- having more access and facility to languages and literature (in our high school seminary we had Latin, Spanish and Greek, compounded by studying Roman history and Shakespeare) compared to present-day education costing P1500/unit but with technology providing greater access to research.....
ReplyDeleteBeing lucky, I guess, would be on anyone's view on life and how they see it. And having a college education could make you a person you want to be or the jerk that you publicly hate but secretly admire....
